Confidence Through Hypnosis
Self-confidence and self-esteem are crucial aspects of an individual’s well-being and success in various aspects of life. However, many people struggle with low self-confidence and self-esteem, which can negatively affect their personal and professional lives.
The process of working toward confidence through hypnosis helps individuals overcome areas in their lives where confidence is lacking, such as job interviews, relationships, and negative thinking patterns.
Low self-esteem can stem from a variety of underlying causes, such as disapproving parents, trauma, and thinking biases. For clarification, when using the term “underlying” causes, this refers to fears, worries, misperceptions causing incorrect beliefs, and more.
Causes of Low Self-Esteem
The misperceptions, beliefs and more are those things that will make a person feel fearful or hold themselves back in life. Most often, they seem to follow you throughout your life, just under the surface. Many times those thoughts, feelings and beliefs are incorrect and yet they still affect you. Thus, the reason I refer to them as “Under” and “Lying” since the negative beliefs about yourself are most often false.
Left untouched, they can cause a person to have depressive thoughts, feel discouraged, fearful, and incapable. The result is a negative impact on your confidence. Within your life, unaddressed, the impact touches upon your personal relationships, self-perception, and career performance.

What Happens During a Hypnosis Session?
Much of the work I do is something I refer to as Transformative Life Centering. What does that mean? The most exciting and powerful benefits I’ve seen over the years occur when you, the client and I, the hypnotist, work as a team.
- Of the five sessions, there are goals:
- Build your confidence (this is part of every session)
- Identify the causes that gave you trouble in life
- Neutralize false beliefs
- Remove the perceived power that others had over you in your life
- Forgive yourself at a deep level. (Few people ever consider forgiving themselves.)
- Discover what your dream life looks like and see yourself in that place so you can reach your goals.
In each session, you are fully aware of everything that happens, and you are in control. No one can make you do anything you don’t want to do.
While hypnosis is not “relaxation”, I ensure each client goes to a deep and relaxed place. I constantly hear from clients that they’ve been so relaxed. That’s an area where my processes are an extra benefit.
When the Team Wins
When working together during a hypnosis session, by undoing negative beliefs, science shows that new, healthy neural pathways form in your subconscious mind. It’s like the smooth ride on a newly paved highway. The potholes and bumps that used to exist along the road are gone.
This work offers many benefits for people struggling with low self-esteem and fearful feelings. With each session, the desired version of yourself becomes a part of who you are, with a new sense of confidence through hypnosis and self-worth.
