Overcome Your Fears…and LIVE Your Life !!!
It’s not uncommon to have fears from time to time. In fact, there’s nothing wrong with feeling a sense of fear if it comes from accurate perceptions. Sometimes we just know that we are in an environment where we should be mindful. Yet, fear is often caused by stress which is unhealthy and it causes a chemical reaction in our body. You might be able to handle the effects for short periods, but over the long term it can degrade your health and quality of life.
Fears often originate during early years and if left unchecked, can develop into an irrational fear that overtakes and incapacitates your life. Over time, they can grow into something that is unreasonably exaggerated as you carry them around. The result can hurt relationships, self-confidence and your overall success in life. After all, if you are afraid of things, how likely are you to fully utilize your inherent skills and become a successful… (Fill in the blank. What do You Want to Do with Your Life?) Also, when you have fears…you don’t live alone on an island.
This sense of fear can become embedded into the thoughts and behavior patterns of your children or grandchildren who look up to you for guidance. Yet, it does NOT have to be that way. Through hypnosis, we can work together to eliminate those thought patterns and perceptions. As a 5-PATH Practitioner, I am able to help you identify the root cause of the fears and work with you to neutralize them. Through hypnosis, I don’t make you forget the event; I work with you to make you stronger so your perception of it no longer paralyzes you.

Unfortunately, many people try to ignore their fears, assuming that it’s a sense of weakness. The reality is that fear unchecked DOES make you weaker. Taking a positive step to overcome fears makes you stronger. I’ve seen many people walk around with a mask pretending to be strong, assured, confident and capable; all the while, they are fearful and allowing the quality of their life to be compromised. This is true for the housewife, the student, the factory worker or the corporate executive. Fear does not discriminate. Those who pretend they have no fears are only fooling themselves. While not inclusive, the following are a few common fears. Now remember, as I said above, it all has to do with a person’s perceptions and their fear could be unique to them. It’s also important to understand there is no shame for recognizing a fear and addressing it.
