Smoking Cessation Audio

This audio is a full 27-minute Smoking Cessation Hypnosis Session.  It is intended for those clients that want to quit smoking but are unsure of their own readiness to see a Hypnotist. This downloadable audio can be played on a computer, mp3 audio player, iPad or smartphone.

There have been a few times when a client shows up saying, “Make me quit” when they are not ready to quit at all.  Hypnosis is not about making you do something you don’t want to do – it is about helping you achieve the goals you are ready for.

There are some advantages to this audio approach.

• The audio allows you to listen to it multiple times without having to return to see a Hypnotist
• The cost is only $49.95  If you were to see me in person, I only see clients for Transformative Life Centering work which neutralizes the emotional triggers that causes you to smoke. Those sessions can cost nearly $700. This is a significant savings.

Why am I offering this at this cost?

I do not see people for smoking cessation. While I’ve had success with this work in the past, I’ve also had a couple people that were not ready or willing to be a part of the process. They just wanted to close their eyes and have me change them without any participation on their part. That’s not how hypnosis works. I now work with clients addressing abuse issues or those struggling with stress. I also conduct life and success coaching.

Offering this audio allows me to focus my business on larger issues. Offering this option to you allows you to gain success and allows me to focus on the trauma cases that I work.
