Anxiety with other people and situations seems to be gone. There is a real difference in new situations and in doing things I don’t like to do.
I am able to do these things without the added feeling in my body. Before, I thought anxiety just came with the territory. Now, I can just do something and take it as it comes, without all the anticipation and fears. People are also responding to me differently.
